My Easter break was exceptional thanks to the fabulous family hotel I stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great advice and making my stay super comfortable. The hotel's pool and spa facilities were beautiful and well-kept, providing the perfect place to unwind. the location was amazing, within walking distance to the stunning town and surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains. the hotel's attention to detail and amenities made my stay unforgettable.
There were some downsides that affected my experience. the wifi was poor and didn't work consistently.

This venue provides a luxurious Spa and Wellness centre with a full body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. The indoor swimming pool was pristine, and the sauna was a calming escape for us. The outdoor swimming area was perfect for basking in the sun on the sun terrace, and the garden area added a touch of serenity to our stay. The service was impeccable, and we were pleased with the restaurant and breakfast offerings. However, the live entertainment was not as impressive as anticipated.
We would have appreciated more variety in the entertainment and experienced occasional slow service at dinner.

The hotel was in a great spot with beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety, and the room was clean and pretty comfortable.
Our Christmas stay was not what we expected because the hotel staff were not very friendly nor welcoming. Most of them did not speak English, and we felt ignored.
